Artwork Assistance

Upload your finished artwork during the ordering process where available. Selected products also include downloadable templates and design assistance.

If you are unsure whether your artwork is ready, contact us before ordering.

Production and Delivery

We deliver custom flags and display products throughout New Zealand. Production and delivery times vary by product and usually begin once your artwork is confirmed.

Existing Orders, Returns and Warranties

Registered customers can log in to check their orders. For assistance, send us your order number and a brief description of your enquiry.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Warranty coverage varies by product and is shown on the relevant product page.
